Someone from another part of the country who has been following the Muhlenberg saga via the Plainfield Today and Save Muhlenberg blogs, contacted Dan Damon yesterday to express interest in buying Muhlenberg.
This person is connected to a group that already has purchased and operates a group of hospitals in another state. The group is seeking to expand, and is interested in Muhlenberg.
Dan forwarded their contact information to an elected official, who reported yesterday afternoon that they had spoken with the interested party.
Could there be a bidding war for the hospital that Solaris said no one was interested in?
